SUMMARY
Over twenty
five years of experience in computational and academic areas. In the academic area, I achieve experience as professor for college teaching IT courses, academic adviser and tutor for computer courses. In public schools, I have experience as teacher for IT for MH school. Also have worked as Instructional Leader for IT and Learning Technologies Lead school-wide, elementary and secondary. I serve as liaison between the school and Miami Dade District for Professional Development department. I have created and delivered workshops and and training for personal enrichment and for MLP (My Learning Plan) points for Miami-Dade District. In computational
area I have worked as Computer Manager, Help Desk and Computer Operator.
Managed and administrated AS400-databases, computer resources via NT and TCP/IP
and productive software. Developed HTML webpages and created queries. Provided
support for software and hardware troubleshooting in a 24/7 stand-by and
supported help desk operations for SAP/MAPICS. Designed, implemented and
installed client-server applications in OS400 and Windows environments. Experience
in dealing with contractors, computer operators and computers programmers and logistic
for computer departments. Have leaded information systems projects in Miami-
Florida, Bogota-Colombia, and Cancun-Mexico and backed up projects in Punta
Cana and Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. In the academic and educational fields,
I have over fifteen years of professional experience serving as staff
development, academic adviser, professor, administrator and trainer.
